Refund policy

1. Change of Mind Returns

- The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it.
- Return Shipping: For change-of-mind returns, the customer is responsible for paying the return shipping costs.
2. Damaged, Faulty, or Incorrect Items
Under the Australian Consumer Law, you are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure.
- Major Failures: If the item has a major defect, is unsafe, or is significantly different from the description, you can choose a refund or replacement.
- Minor Failures: If the failure is minor, we will repair the item or offer a replacement at our discretion.
- What to do: If your order arrives damaged or faulty, please email us at contact@nestnova.shop within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue. We will cover the cost of return shipping for faulty items.
3. The Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected:

- We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 10 business days.
4. Non-Returnable Items
