At NestNova, we believe you shouldn't have to pay for delivery. That’s why we are proud to offer Free Standard Shipping on all orders across Australia, with no minimum spend required.
Shipment Processing Times
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days.
- We process orders Monday through Friday.
- Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.
- If we are experiencing a high volume of orders (such as during peak holiday seasons), shipments may be delayed by a few days. We will notify you via email if there is a significant delay.

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation email containing your tracking number. You can use this number to monitor your package's journey directly through the carrier's website.
Delivery Areas
Currently, we only ship to addresses within Australia. We deliver to residential addresses, business addresses, and PO Boxes/Parcel Lockers via Australia Post.
Damaged or Lost Items
NestNova takes full responsibility for your items until they reach your door.
- Damaged Items: If your order arrives damaged, please contact us at contact@nestnova.shop within 48 hours with photos of the damage. We will arrange a replacement or refund immediately in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.
- Lost Packages: If your tracking says "Delivered" but you cannot find your package, please check with your household or neighbors. If the package is confirmed lost by the courier, we will issue a replacement or refund.
Incorrect Address
Please double-check your address at checkout. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address provided, we may need to charge a small fee to re-ship the item to the correct location.
